Pumpkin Pie Martini
This cocktail is a staple of any Thanksgiving menu and the perfect way to end your meal if you’ve filled up on dinner.
Dash of Vanilla Extract
30ml Spiced Rum
30ml Ginger Liqueur
2 tbsp Pumpkin Puree
2 tbsp Caster Sugar
1 tsp Ground Pumpkin Pie Spice (Mixed Spice Will Suffice)
Add the gin, vanilla extract, ginger liqueur and pumpkin puree into a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake well until combined. Coat the rim of a martini glass in mixed spice and sugar mix. Double strain the martini into the glass and top with a squirt of cream.
We would recommend a slight dusting of the spice on top for the best look.
Cranberry Sauce G&T
Who said that cranberry sauce can only be served with turkey? This cocktail is a refreshing taste on an old classic.
15ml Sugar Syrup
15ml Lemon Juice
1 tsp Cranberry Sauce
In a cocktail shaker, place ice and add the gin, sugar syrup, lemon juice and cranberry sauce. Shake with the ice for ten seconds, then strain into a tall glass filled with ice. Top with desired amount of tonic.
Garnish with a lemon wheel.

Pumpkin Gin Sour
This Thanksgiving taste on a classic is a great way of getting involved in the festivities.
1 tbsp Pumpkin Puree
One Egg White
Juice of half a lemon
Combine your ingredients in a cocktail shaker and shake. After 30 seconds, add ice, then shake again for 30 seconds. Strain into a serving glass.
We recommend garnishing with a slice of lemon.
Spiced Pomegranate Cocktail
This time of year is perfect for a Spiced Pomegranate Gin Cocktail. It seems that when you put spice in front of fruit, it becomes more popular!
30ml Pomegranate Juice & Seeds
Add the pomegranate juice to a glass with ice. Shake the lime juice, gin, seeds and ice in a shaker and strain into the glass. Top up with the desired amount of tonic.
Garnish with two olives and a sprig of parsley.
Pearodise Gin Cocktail
This cocktail uses what can be a quite underrated fruit. Although pear usually goes nicely in cider, here we have accompanied it with our gin.
½ a Pear
35ml Sugar Syrup
15ml Lemon Juice
Muddle the pear with the sugar syrup. Add lemon juice and gin to a cocktail shaker full of ice and the pear syrup. Shake and strain into a cocktail glass.
