35ml Pink Peppercorn & Champagne Reduction Syrup
20ml Citrus Sherbet Champagne
Crushed Pink Peppercorns
Shake the gin, Pink Peppercorn & Champagne Reduction Syrup and citrus sherbet with ice. Strain into a glass and top up with champagne.
Dress the glass with crushed pink peppercorns.
