40ml Pink Peppercorn & Champagne Reduction Syrup
20ml Citrus Sherbet
30ml Soda Water
Shake the gin, Pink Peppercorn & Champagne Reduction Syrup and citrus sherbet with ice. Strain into the glass and add soda water; top up with champagne.
Garnish with lemon zest and plenty of fresh ice cubes.
