This cocktail is a great way to wind down on a cold evening.
For the best look, garnish with Star Anise.
150ml Apple Juice (or Cider)
2 Cinnamon Sticks (Broken in Half)
Pinch of Nutmeg
2 Whole Cloves
1 Teaspoon Star Anise
To create the mulled cider/apple juice mixture, place the liquid in a pan and gently heat to mull. Add the spices, bring to a simmer, then keep on a low heat for 20-30 mins. Serve into a mug.
Garnish with Star Anise.
