Royal Gin Fizz
Get right royal for the coronation with this regal treat!
Ingredients
50ml Hawkridge “The Guards” London Dry Gin
30ml Prosecco
25ml fresh lemon juice
20ml simple sugar syrup
Egg white. Vegan substitute: chickpea water
Mint
Ice
Method
Add all ingredients except prosecco to a shaker and shake vigorously with ice. Strain and top with prosecco.
Recommended Garnish
Garnish the cocktail with a lemon twist and fresh mint.
