A delicious gin sour cocktail over crushed ice. Best served in a goblet glass with plenty of lemon and ice. The perfect gin cocktail if you want more than a gin and tonic, but nothing too wild!
25ml Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice
15ml Sugar Syrup
Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a glass. Stir, and serve with a straw and lemon slice.
