A Forage Reviver
This cocktail is an ideal way to use that jam in your fridge.
Use fresh rosemary to garnish.
10ml Sugar Syrup
25ml Lemon Juice
1 tbsp Blackberry Jam
1 Egg White
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake. Double strain into a cocktail glass with no ice.
Garnish with 2 rosemary sprigs.
