Add a little fizz to your day with this British classic (with an Italian twist!)
(35ml with Prosecco)
15ml Fresh Lemon
15ml Sugar Syrup
1 Teaspoon Blackberry Jam
Shake all ingredients over ice. Pour into a highball or tall wine glass with cubed ice. Top with soda or Prosecco.
Frozen blackberries can replace ice cubes for a finish that’s a real crowd pleaser!
