As Monday, September 2 is World Coconut Day, we have decided to go slightly nuts and compile a list of the best coconut gin cocktails for you all to enjoy!

Coconut Gin & Tonic
This play on a classic will be one of the best gin & tonics that you will ever have.
Make sure to garnish with a fresh lime wedge for the best taste.
40ml Coconut Water
Tonic Water to Top
Add ice cubes to a glass. Pour over gin and coconut water and top up with tonic water. Stir with a spoon and garnish with a lime wedge.
A fresh wedge of lime.
Coconut & Elderflower Gin Martini
This tropical twist on a traditional elderflower martini uses coconut syrup.
Serve immediately and with a slice of lime.
15ml Coconut Syrup
15ml Elderflower Cordial
Juice of ½ a lime
A Slice of Lime
Place the gin in the fridge the night before to chill. When ready, take the gin and mix it with coconut syrup, elderflower cordial and lime juice together, adding more lime juice if required. Crush ice and divide between 2 martini glasses. Pour the mixture over.
The perfect garnish is a slice of lime or a mint leaf.
Coconut Gin Sour
This cocktail requires a bit of preparation but is worth it for the result!
Make sure to a sprig of coriander.
Toasted Coconut Syrup
- 128g Sugar
- 290ml Water
- 128g Shredded Coconut
3 Coriander sprigs
20ml Fresh Lime Juice
3 Angostura Bitters Dashes
To make the coconut syrup, toast the coconut in a pan on a low heat until golden brown. Add the toasted coconut to a saucepan with sugar and water and bring to the boil, stirring until the sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat, cool and strain.
Add the strained mixture, 3 sprigs of coriander and lime juice to a shaker and muddle. Add all the other ingredients and ice cubes. Shake and strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with a sprig of coriander.

Coconut Gin Crush
The perfect drink to cool you down on a warm day! This tropical twist will be certain to leave you with a refreshing taste.
For the best garnish, top with edible flowers.
30ml Cream of Coconut
20ml Fresh Squeezed Lime Juice
¼ tsp Orange Blossom Water
Edible Flowers for Garnish
3 Ice Cubes
Combine all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker with the ice cubes, shake for 5 seconds. Pour over crushed ice, add additional crushed ice and garnish with edible flowers.

Coconut & Pineapple Gin Fizz
This cocktail is perfect for getting those tropical flavours and bring back memories of the warmer temperatures.
Garnish with a chunk of pineapple or a mint sprig for the best flavour.
100ml Pineapple Juice
10ml Lime Juice
50ml Club Soda
1 Mint Sprig
1 A handful of Crushed Ice
Add the pineapple juice, gin and lime juice into a cocktail shaker and shake well. Strain the contents over crushed ice. Top with club soda and garnish with your mint or slice of pineapple.
