Saint Clement Gin (70cl, 43%)
This month’s featured gin is Saint Clement Gin – an organic Cornish Gin, that focuses on helping a conservation charity in their essential work to fight climate change. Saint Clement Gin partners with Fauna & Flora, the world’s oldest conservation charity, which has been at the forefront of conservation for over a hundred years, saving endangered species and habitats around the world. It currently works in over 40 countries with 140 projects ranging across forests for mighty Jaguars to caves for tiny snails.
Inspiration
Land of Saints produce a range of different gins, but the Saint Clement gin was developed exclusively for the company by Mat Follas, BBCTV MasterChef winner 2009. Mat is an award winning chef, wild gin maker, forager and international cider judge.

Saint Clement Cocktail
Orange on orange makes this a citrusy delight!
Ingredients
30ml Saint Clement Gin
30ml Orange Brandy Liqueur
30ml Orange juice
Method
Shake together all ingredients in cocktail shaker filled with ice. Strain into chilled glass.
Recommended Garnish
An orange wheel.
